Sanatorium renovation project on the Black Sea coast. The designed site has direct access to the sea from south-western and south-eastern parts. There are 2 pebble beaches, marinas, bankhead and a concrete embankment with 1.5 km long retaining walls. The site has 2 entrances - through the village from the west side and from the highway in the north-west.

The architectural and functional concept includes 3 major points related to the site main functional areas. All three zones are interconnected by a garden and park reserve with palaces - a common recreation area. The additional core separating the sanatorium center from the apartments in the northern part of the site is a landscape park on the slope (green zone) - a walking area with hiking trails, bike paths, a children's rope park, recreation areas in the forest.

1. Entrance group with transfer to electric cars, check-in, as well as with engineering center - the main technical and household unit, sanatorium service center, which will house the main engineering and household premises. This area will include a parking lot with an inclined ramp, merged into the natural site slope. 

2. Sanatorium and resort block consisting of 2 hotel buildings with 132 and 87 rooms respectively. There are also 30 rooms in the retail street area in the central part of the complex, and 18 rooms on the site of the boatshed on the shore. In total there are 280 rooms in blocks with different heights - from 2 to 6 floors. 

3. Apartments, in all areas, 318 pcs. The number of apartments is calculated with the maximum possible locations - including apartments in the podium (-1 floor) part of the buildings.
