Part o the mixed use complex is located in the Northen Administrative District of Moscow in the Begovoy region, on the territory of the Second Watch Factory "Slava".
The terrain of the 1st Yamskogo Polya street is flat, going up towards the existing development, the drop is about 3.5 m. Function – a mixed use complex with apartments, shops, cafes, offices, customer services, underground parking. The Complex consists of 6 blocks of apartments: 4 sections are connected and have a complex U-shape and different number of floors 8-10-8-15, 2 free-standing blocks of 16 and 17 floors with underground parking.

- construction of a turnaround place for temporary location of Mosgortrans (0,3 ha);
- construction of a pedestrian gallery (631 sq.m).

Integration vestibule:
The function of the integration vestibule is to ensure the passengers exit from the subway to the transit zone, dividing pedestrian flows with account of the future load from the MCD-1.
Underground pedestrian crossing in the Timiryazevskaya transport hub
Features of the project: intersection of the Moscow Railway railway tracks of the Dmitrov direction. Performing a full range of design and survey work on the object. BIM modeling
Decisions taken: a combined method of pedestrian crossing construction (open method outside the railway tracks, closed method under the railway tracks). Development of special supporting structures and machines for the closed construction method site (protective screen made of pipes, temporary metal mounting frames). The design of permanent reinforced concrete structures is carried out using BIM technologies.
