The LEVEL residential complex is a project of 4 buildings of different heights, located on the first coastline of the Moscow River. The podium has two floors. The podium roof is a landscaped courtyard. The podium aboveground part and first floors of residential buildings are occupied by entrance groups and commercial premises. The remaining aboveground areas are occupied by residential apartments. In the underground podium part is a parking with technical and service rooms and residents' storerooms.
Residential buildings have trapezoidal shape with one rounded corner, which provides the best views and insolation. The podium part unites high-rise buildings, forming an integral image of the complex. Concrete tiles of different shades on a certified hinged ventilated system made of galvanized steel were used on facades.
