The project of a mixed use shopping center implies a multi-level office and retail building. The planning structure basis is a rectangular shopping gallery – an atrium passage mall with shops of various sizes located on all sides. The three-storeyed gallery in the floor overlaps has many designed openings that visually increase the space. There are cinemas and a restaurant area on the third and fourth floors. The building is five–storeyed in area where the cinema is located, the 5th floor is technical. The complex includes a built-in 10-storeyed office block. The closed guest parking in both buildings is located on the underground floor.

INFORMATION MODELLING
The main feature of the object are the dimensional stained glass structures on the roof. The process of creating the stained glass surface shape and building spatial trusses has been automated. The information model developer needed to draw only the centerline. Further, after selecting the cross sections, the geometry was automatically constructed.
