Car parkings project on the territory of the Moscow-Cargo office center.
The first parking is organized for the office center guests - 125 parking spaces.

The second one has 436 parking spaces for employees and tenants.
The standard parking space size is 5.3x2.5 m. Parking spaces for disabled persons are included (size 3.6x6.0 m).
Entry and exit to parkings is provided through automatic checkpoints (ACP).

Moscow-Cargo transport scheme

The ride-in to the building is from the Sheremetyevo highway. The site is supposed to have circular traffic. The first exit along the Sheremetyevo highway brings you to the territory. The exit from the office center is through the second existing exit to the Sheremetyevo highway. For drivers who missed the right turn or exit, a loop passage has been designed just before the sire exit.

The pedestrian route along the site is designed from the side of the Sheremetyevo highway and the existing sidewalks along the highway. Exits from adjacent parking lots are connected to the main flow and lead directly to the entrance the office center along the designed alley of adjacent landscaping. A pedestrian crossing with a sign and road signs, as well as lower curb stone, is organized at the intersection of the pedestrian route and the car passage to create a barrier-free environment. The security access to recreational areas from the entrance groups is provided by the absence of car traffic in front of the main building entrance. The flow of special vehicles of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is looped and happens from the driveway designed around the building, as well as from the sidewalk along the main facade. Road surface structures resits loads from freight and special vehicles movement. The road surface is made of high-quality asphalt concrete. Pedestrian zone is made of concrete paving tiles. Turning radius for special vehicles are confirmed to be at least 8 m.
