The mixed use complex consists of a 3-5-storeyed retail podium with an internal atrium, over which two 17-storeyed apartment towers are located. The maximum relative level of the building is 96 m. The exterior design of the complex resembles the appearance of New York's landmark skyscrapers. The facades and interior public areas desoign are made with modern high-quality finishing materials. The complex is equipped with an underground parking for 270 cars. The depth of the 4-storey underground parkingt is 20 meters.
The clubhouse is located on the first line of the Garden ring in an area of dense development with an extensive utilities network, including those of the Moscow metro. In order to carry out a depth construction and to ensure the safe operation of subway structures, nearby buildings and engineering networks, the "top-down" method is used, implying the construction of the underground part from top to bottom. The construction of the underground part includes four stages.
