Mixed use enotourist area project. The core of the WINEPARK project is a winery, with a surrounding technical area, including a multi–level underground parking, employee and guest parking area, a checkpoint, a bridge with an observation deck.
The winery consists of a tower, a reservoir and the main building volume located underground. The underground part includes production and storage facilities of the winery, cheese factory and restaurant, technical rooms and production shops, the restaurant and bar premises, banquet halls, as well as a conference hall and a tourist service area.
Dominating the Winery is the tower with a monolithic reinforced concrete slab at the foundation. The Winery roof is usable. The tower has daylight lighting, provided by rounded window openings and partial panoramic glazing.
The ground floor exterior walls consist of stained glass windows. The foundation of the usable roof is made of steel structural sheet. The tower exterior walls have no finishing and are made of concrete. Mainly natural materials are used in the premises interior decoration – brass, concrete, corten steel.
The fermentation area deserves special attention. The weight of its metal structure is 252 tons. The main suspension plate consists of frames with a curved lower belt and a system of racks united by a monolithic plate and operating like a hanging truss. Thus, 24 wine storage containers, weighing 4.1 tons each, create the effect of lightness and weightlessness.
