Mixed use complex project in Grozny, at the intersection of Akhmat Kadyrov avenue with Saykhonov street. In the northwest it’s boundary goes along the high rise residential development sites, along low-rise buildings from the west and along the Minutka Square from the south. The area has good transport and pedestrian accessibility.
The avenue is one of the major highways of the city, surrounded by important infrastructure facilities.
The bottom floors of the complex are reserved for commercial premises and lobbies with guest recreation areas. Some of the floors are reserved for apartments, and in the buildings upper part there are penthouses with terrace access. Two buildings are connected by a gallery bridge at a height of 50 m above the road in a seismic zone of 8 points.
