Residential building project consisting of four multi-sectional buildings with rearrangement of a garage / underground parking into shelter for 1,850 people to ensure the population safety during emergency situations, with utility networks and landscaping.
The designed site is located on the territory of the residential development renovation zone of the Northwestern Administrative District of Moscow. The terrain of the site is flat. There are two residential 5-storey buildings to be demolished.
The buildings ground floors are non-residential, with location of infrastructure facilities and technical premises for the residential building maintenance. Concierge facilities and stroller rooms are provided in the lobbies.
As part of landscaping, a comfortable and safe space is being created. The project provides an accessible environment for parents with strollers and people with limited mobility. There are equipped play and sports grounds and a recreation area in the courtyard. Landscaping includes trees, shrubs, flower beds and lawns.
Technical solutions of the house ensure timely evacuation of people and fire protection, access for fire departments personnel and supply of fire extinguishing equipment.
