In September, a meeting of developers was held, organized by Yandex.
At the invitation of Yandex 360, Philip Sergeev held a plenary discussion at IT TALKS "How technologies develop the real estate market".
Why developers need programmers, where the client's digital path leads and whether artificial intelligence will help in sales – these and other issues were discussed with the heads of IT departments from Capital Group, Etalon, Ingrad and LSR.
The main ideas from the presentations:
- There are no bad technologies – there are bad business processes
- IT solutions in sales should be divided by market segments
- The customer's digital path is ideally from clicking on the sales site to calling a plumber
- The smart home is ready to let everything in, but not beyond the threshold
- AI-we are watching, we believe, we hope, but man is still better
- Digitalization of the industry is inevitable – those who misses it, looses
"A serious IT task in development at this stage is associated with a disparate architecture of solutions and the search for an opportunity to combine one software package with another – to create a seamless connection. So that all the work in the entire pipeline of our project is carried out in one software or at least in one interface," the head of MARKS Digital noted during the discussion.
