Deputy CEO Philip Sergeev shared new information technology capabilities based on the experience of iconic general design facilities of MARKS GROUP. Using the example of the Badaevsky residential complex developed by Capital Group, he told how digital modeling allows to work with data and simulate the construction of a unique facility, control and optimize the process at all stages.



According to him, when there is full information model of an object, checks not only for geometric intersections, but even for technological processes of work on the object are performed automatically. Managers, having access to the dashboard, can analyze the entire model, control not only construction and installation work, but also the flow of cash, materials and labor in one interface.



The example of the Sber City residential quarter in Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye, the design of which is handled by MARKS GROUP, demonstrates an integrated approach to the development of large-scale territories in the format of a single information model. The expert of the group of companies focused the attention of the participants on this during the conference of the capital's Construction complex. "Combining more than a dozen BIM models allowed us to create a digital project of construction facilities as part of Sberbank," the deputy head of the group of companies said at the speech. According to him, this opens the possibility of a comprehensive assessment of territorial development planning in a single information model with all available data on the scale of an entire city, up to the level of the project for the production of works of a specific object. In such an information model, there is a synergy of data across all sections, which creates even more potential and opportunities for their use in design and construction.
