In the open dialogue of the MUF in Zaryadye, "The city in your pocket. How the new quarter will change the megapolis" we discussed with colleagues the development of a polycentric urban environment and the creation of new centers of attraction on the example of the new urban quarter SLAVA from MR Group.
Together with the master developer and other project participants, the leading MARKS GROUP specialists talked about new approaches in the integrated development of the territory, integration of new construction into the urban environment and the role of technology in project design and management.
Olesya Vlasova, the chief architect of the project, shared the experience of a large team of 10 international bureaus and the role of the general designer in maintaining balance at all stages of the project.
Information modeling technologies based on the example of a BIM model of a building of the second stage of construction were presented by Philip Sergeev, Executive Director of MARKS Digital. According to him, digital technologies are changing the usual idea of design, ensuring the safety and transparency of processes.
